Mucha gente que nos consulta para hacer operaciones, se sorprende y nos discute cuando les decimos que NO ES POSIBLE hacer alguna mediante SKR (SafeKeeping Receipt) y menos que menos que estos estén registrados en Euroclear.-
Para que sea vea que NO ES UNA IMPOSICIÓN NUESTRA, a continuación transcribimos un mail que el Departamento legal de Euroclear nos envió hace un tiempo PONIENDO LAS COSAS EN SU LUGAR DEFINITIVAMENTE.-
Es por ello que esperamos que, aparte quede claro el tema, en lugar de molestarse con IBG Group, se debería ir contra los que se aprovechan de los incautos, ya que el sistema Euroclear ES QUIEN SE HA DEFINIDO POR EL NO.-

I can confirm that Safe Keeping are not accepted in the Euroclear System since year
2005.
I do not know what you refer to when you refer to a "Safe Keeping". If

Hay UNA SOLA FORMA de hacer las cosas...y es COMO LO MARCA LA LEY BANCARIA INTERNACIONAL, no por aquellos que intentan redescubrir la rueda...o hacer creer que el sol no sale por el este.-
